Returns and refunds

Course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Store credit will be given to use in the shop or to take the course at a later date; however, once course codes are activated by the purchaser, the full value is no longer available for credit. Store credits do not expire.

All products are exchange or store credit only within 30 days. Items must be in new condition and courseware must be unmarked and complete in original packaging. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Special order items are subject to a re-shelving fee.
